Proposed National Instrument 51-107 Disclosure of Climate-related Matters addresses the need for more consistent and comparable climate-related disclosure to help inform investment decisions.
Due to the ongoing impacts of the Omicron variant on stakeholders, the CSA is extending the comment period for its proposed climate-related disclosure requirements for 30 days. Comments will be accepted until February 16, 2022.
On December 14, 2021 the ASC hosted two webinars to help answer questions and encourage companies to provide feedback on this important topic. If you are interested in learning more, below is a recording of one of those webinars and a copy of the presentation.
